User experience designer. Currently working on industrial manufacturing sales automation at Tacton.

As an individual contributor, my strengths are:
  • Strategy and conceptualisation: Exploring innovative directions, uncovering user needs, and turning strategic visions into practical design outcomes.
  • Prototyping and testing: Translating concepts into tangible, interactive prototypes and using iterative experiments to quickly refine user experiences.
As a team collaborator, I specialise in three key areas:
  • Process: Defining, aligning, and optimising purposeful design activities throughout the development cycle.
  • Systems thinking: Creating robust, scalable design systems and flexible, reusable patterns that improve efficiency and maintain consistency.
  • Reflective practice: Cultivating a team culture of continuous learning and improvement by embedding structured reflection, critique, and knowledge-sharing into everyday workflows.
AI cuts across both of the above, in two complementary directions:
  • Design tool: Reshaping how I research, prototype, and synthesise.
  • Design material: Reshaping what products can fundamentally do for users.
