A personal collection of interaction patterns — trying to externalise fifteen years of learnings.
The playground began as a way to write down what fifteen years of designing software had taught me. Most of that knowledge existed only in practice — applied project after project, never externalised, and so partly re-invented each time. Collected in one place, it can compound.
It has since taken on a second role: making sense of AI as design material. A structured collection of interaction knowledge is a useful thing to think with here — and perhaps, something for generative interfaces to draw on.
How the collection is organised, and where it's currently heading, is its own story — the site's introduction and working notes cover both.
